FOR PARENTS + GUARDIANS:

5. Download The Spotlight Events App 
Download via the App Store or Google Play. When download is complete, log in with your existing account, or create a new account via the “Sign Up” button on upper right of the app. 

6. Add Your Event
After signing in, you will see an “Add Event” button at the bottom of your screen. Select this option, then select “View All Events”. From there, select “Past Events” to find the competition you’ve attended.

7. Add Your Dancers
Once you have selected your event, you will be taken to a blank screen labeled “MY DANCERS”. Select the plus sign (+) in the upper right corner. Enter your dancer’s name and date of birth, and click “Confirm”.

8. View Videos and Photos!
From here you will see a list of all routines your dancer has performed in. Select a routine and find your favorite! Share it on social and tag us!

FOR DIRECTORS + TEACHERS:

5. Download The Spotlight Events App
Download via the App Store or Google Play. Use the same login info that you used to register for competition. 

6. Add Your Event
After signing in, click “Studio Media”. This will display a list of all your registered routines.

7. Find A Performance
You can search for a specific routine with the search bar at the top of your list.

8. View Videos and Photos!
Tap any routine to view its media. See any favorites? Share it on social media and tag us!

HOW DO I ACCESS VIA MY DESKTOP?

Follow this link in lieu of downloading the Spotlight Events app. Sign in to your account and follow the above instructions.

I DON’T SEE ALL OF MY MEDIA, WHAT DO I DO?

Please allow up to one week after the conclusion of the competition you’ve attended for your media to be fully available.
If after that time you still cannot access your media, please reach out using the form below.

Media is automatically deleted from our servers after 1 year from the date of the competition. Media from 2024 and prior is not available for download or recovery. Cities from 2025 season to present have been archived - if you need access, please reach out to the city ambassador for the event you attended.

Please allow up to two weeks post-event for YOUR media to be fully available.

ALL MEDIA REQUESTS MUST BE SUBMITTED VIA THIS FORM. MEDIA INQUIRIES WILL NOT BE TAKEN OVER THE PHONE.
