By placing a deposit during our pledge window (Aug 01-Sept 30), you’re eligible for all of our discount programs, as long as payment deadlines are met.
• For studios anticipating fewer than 80 routines: $500 Diamond Pledge Deposit
• For studios anticipating 80 or more routines: $1,000 Diamond Pledge Deposit
THE FINE PRINT: If full payment is not received by your competition’s discount deadline, all discounts will be removed from your account. If you are participating in the Diamond Pledge Program, we strongly encourage you to mark your calendar with your show’s discount payment deadline so you don’t miss out on valuable savings. Discount deadlines are specific to your competition and are posted on the event page.
Rate Protection Program
Available after the Diamond Pledge window closes.
$15 per anticipated routine.
Maximum payment of $1,000.
Preserves your eligibility for the 15% Savings Rate.
Does not qualify for Royalty Rewards.
Studios that choose not to participate in either Diamond Pledge or Rate Protection will register at the Regular Rate.
CROSSOVER PROGRAM
Attend a Regional Spotlight Dance Cup and Leap National Dance Competition and recieve 15% off registration on the second qualifying regional event
Attend either regionals with either brand and choose between four nationals
other client PROGRAMS
ROYALTY REWARDS DISCOUNT:
Royalty Rewards is an additional loyalty rebate earned via our Diamond Pledge Program and based on continued attendance at Spotlight Dance Cup. This will be applied on top of the standard 15% Savings Rate.
Sapphire (1-4 years): 5% discount
Emerald (5-9 years): 6% discount
Ruby (10-14 years): 7% discount
Diamond (15-19 years): 8% discount
Flawless Diamond (20+ years): 10% discount
Terms: Pay by check at least 39 days prior to the event to unlock an additional 5-10% off of your registration with a minimum $1000.00 in registration fees. All credit card payments receive a 3% discount.
Savings Rate:
Terms: Payment must be made 32 days prior to the event (or earlier) to receive the approximate 15% Savings Rate discount pricing.
