When you visit your city page, take a moment to identify the dates that apply to your event - especially your upcoming registration and payment deadlines.
Spotlight Tip: Add important Spotlight dates to your studio calendar now rather than waiting for the reminder email.
02 - PLAN YOUR HOTEL
Staying with us? Don't wait to make your plans.
If your Spotlight event includes a hotel room block, you'll find the available hotel information with your event details.
Take a look early.
Room blocks may have their own booking deadlines and availability, so getting accommodations handled now means one less thing to think about as competition weekend approaches.
